GAP is wholly owned by the Directors, Peter Arnold and Nick Loan. The Directors of GAP have a wealth of knowledge and experience in property development, private banking, investment structuring, commercial finance and funds management.
GAP is a vertically integrated finance and investment platform sourcing its funding from a cross section of HNW investors, wholesale warehouse facilities and investment bonds.
Due to the barriers and frustration of dealing with traditional lenders, GAP believes private credit will continue to be one of the fastest growing alternatives for both investors and borrowers Australia-wide and is already a well-established alternative globally.
